2008 has been a year of triumph for R&B singer-songwriter Aoyama Thelma. She shot to the no. 1 spot with the single Soba ni Irune and secured a no. 3 position with her debut album Diary on the Oricon charts. Now it's time for the release of her fourth single Mamoritai Mono. Also featured as theme song for the Fuji TV drama Team Batista no Eiko (based on the novel by Kaidou Takeru) this track shows a more serious side of the singer and carries a strong message. Mamoritai Mono is complemented with the hip-hop R&B backing track Madonna, personally penned by Thelma and dedicated to entertainment artist Madonna.
