This cute and upbeat love song is the ending theme of the TV Tokyo drama Mendol, which stars AKB48 members Kojima Haruna, Takahashi Minami, and Minegishi Minami as wannabe singers who end up debuting as male pop idols in disguise! This time Ogoe Diamond is performed by 20 girls, including Matsui Jurina who is the first SKE48 member to be included in an AKB48 single. The maxi single also features the side track 109, plus Team A and Team B versions of Ogoe Diamond.
