Fans made their voices heard by voting for their favorite AKB48/SKE48 member at the second annual AKB48 election, and now the top 21 members are featured on the group's 17th single Heavy Rotation. Among those 21, the top 12 members are featured on the single's cover, as well as all media appearances for the song (including the music video). Meanwhile, the 22nd to 39th place members join the reformed Undergirls unit for the B-side track Namida no Seesaw Game.
